The service I received from this company was awful and very unprofessionalI asked to speak to a manager and *** rep Carroll or Carolyn refused to let me speak to him Her professionalism was non existentLater in the conversation she also refused to provide me with her name"no I'm not telling you my name and No I'm not letting you speak to my manger, it would be a waste of time"
My school uses this companyBut they seriously need to consider using a different 3rd party company with better service and conflict resolution skills***
