Dear [redacted] ,Please find enclosed the repair estimate that we were contracted to do for [redacted] ***There is no entry on this estimate for any type of fender repairWe spoke with the vehicle owner regarding the replacement of the front fender and he declined to do any further repairsAs a courtesy to the vehicle owner we offered to bend the fender to help with his ingress and egress and with the fitment of the aftermarket front bumper coverWe fully explained to the vehicle owner that these "repairs" were temporary fixes and that he was in an automobile collision and other parts were damagedHe was aware of this and thanked us for the extra no-cost workSince we received your letter, we reached out to [redacted] to try to continue to help himHe returned our call, stated that he took our advice and got his fender replaced and the problem has gone awayThis further enhances our belief that we gave him the correct advice.Regards,Ren's Auto
