I ordered a remote from Remotes.com. It didn't work properly. I sent a letter to it and returned the remote. I was not reimbursed for the remote.

We received the remote back for refund on Jan 3rd, 2020.
We issued a refund for $34.85 on Jan 3rd, 2020 at 12:37 pm to the same card.
I've included a screen shot showing the Time, Amount and Card we credited along with the Transaction Confirmation.

Hello,
I have already sent a screen shot showing the refund being done in our Point of Sale system along with the Transaction ID, Time, Date and Amount.
Now I have gone to our Credit Card processor, Authorize.Net, and shown that they too show the credit being done.
*** has been refunded everything we charged her.

Fake product advertising. I ordered a remote, one clearly identified on the site to operate my DIVINCI D7, it came, didn’t work. I then Contacted the company and they told me they don’t sell a remote for my unit and that I had ordered one for an entirely different brand (RDX). I showed them Where on THEIR Website it advertise having a remote for my unit, and that it was exactly what I had ordered. They apologized and said they’ll have it looked into, and that if I pay at my own expense to return the item they would Refund me the cost of the remote. This was Completely their Error, but expected me to eat the shipping costs. Meanwhile they have not changed their website, so someone else will again fall victim to this exact same misleading product advertisement and wind up with a useless remote control or at least eating unnecessarily shipping expenses
Hello,
I called the customer and told him to keep the remote and that I had fully refunded him. In 28 years in business, we have had so few Revdex.com complaints because we have very good customer service and a toll free telephone number 1-800-REMOTES (736-6837). I only wish he had used our phone line to express his desire for a prepaid return shipping label, before filing a Revdex.com complaint.
