work, hired another plumber to repair the leak, the plumber found the leak within 5 mins and was proved that it was the shower drain.I want Shay to pay for all damages incurred by the leak along with the deductible I must pay my insurance company. Also pay the plumbing bill.
This customer had an attorney call me about this. I showed him the pictures of the damage and he could clearly see it was from years prior. That was the last I heard of it. He realized she was pulling a scam and dropped it. She says in her own complaint she wants me to pay for the damage and deductible so she is planning to have me fix damage I didn't do and she wants to keep the insurance money. She even sent me the pictures herself and she knew she had previous damage over the kitchen. I think she planned this from the start.
