Review: I purchased extended warranty for a Remington unit that was sold on [redacted]. However, the item broke in abt 30 days, I tried to reach out

to the extended warranty for exchange but they advised unit is still under Remington manufacturer warranty. I have tried to contact Remington via email for exchange but Remington insist I call them during work hours which is impossible since they're hours conflict with my working schedule. I have emailed them again stating my difficulties and have requested to communicate via email and they have not responded for a few days so I pushed again and no response ever came back through.Desired Settlement: I want them to honor the warranty and send a brand new unit to me free of charge
