 Regardless of who owns the spa at this time, my complaint remains the same. After receiving an email reminder of my appt 24 hrs prior, I arrived to find that the spa was closed and moved to another location.  After multiple calls to the manager she finally called me back and basically said it wasn't her problem. She assures me that I received a voice mail stating the spa had changed locations. I cannot find record of this voice mail.  I scheduled planning on using a gift card that I received , but live 50 miles from the spa. Rescheduling is very inconvenient and I wanted a credit for the value of the gift card. The manger told me this was not an option. I will use the gift card but am very leery of this business's practices. Their customer service is poor, I hope their services are better
