Remedy Roofing

Revdex.com: This letter is to inform you that Remedy Roofing, Inchas not carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 5/27/and assigned ID [redacted] ? The roofing seams still have not been sealed, as I was told they had been, so my roof will continue to leak? I have called the company twice twice - 10/24/and 11/2/-and I was told both times that the matter would be looked into? It is now 11/11/and I have not heard from Remedy Roofing? I would like the roof seams sealed as soon as possible to prevent more leaking Regards, [redacted]

This complaint was filed in the wrong market & I'd prefer it be moved to the OK market At any rate, this is the first I've heard of this, but someone will be by today to tack the shingle downThanks

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I had a visit from Jorge with remedy Roofing todayI explained to Jorge the issues with my roof Also, I emailed Jorge sets of photos showing damage to my roof Set of contains photos & set of contains photos I also emailed Jorge a bid from another roofer to fix my roof issues for $ I also made Jorge a photocopy of details of paint needed for the job.So far, no actual repairs has been done to my roof Regards, [redacted]

It seems as if this customer hasn't received the customer service we strive to achieve.? It is my understanding someone has made contact with this customer and Remedy will stand behind its warranty

Repairs to my roof were started by Remedy Roofing on 6/23/2015. Currently, repairs are on-going and are NOT complete.

Our guys will be there today after to address any issues - just as stated before
