vendor, in this case Remedy Appliance, will contact them to schedule a specific appointment time. When our service technician [redacted] called this customer with an appointment time, the customer instantly became enraged at the system that Lowe's, not Remedy Appliance, had set up. In a call over speaker phone, with our office manager listening, he called shouted at [redacted] "Listen you fk-wad, I don't care what you fking say, I'm not fking waiting for you, you'll get the fk over hear right now, I fking own you!" At this point the office manager instructed the technician to politely decline the service call and refer the customer back to Lowe's. Remedy Appliance understands that customers will often be upset given the circumstances surrounding a failed appliance, and our gaol is to take care of them as quickly, politely and as professionally as possible. But when a customer crosses the line and becomes abusive or violent, we do have the right to refuse services. Which was the case here. Remedy Contact Lowe's about this instance and the case was resolved through them. This customer did not pay Remedy Appliance for any services.
