Review: I am hoping you can assist me with this issue or provide guidance on what I should do next to retrieve my money ($1550) from Riverside Property Management, [redacted]Depending upon your guidance, I have receipts for the certified checks and RPM's Welcome Letter denoting that I paid for the application fee and security deposit. The 65.00 Application fee (Non-refundable)1,550.00 Security deposit (per RPM Not going to be returned)1,550.00 1st months rent - gave to RPM on 1/31(Note: RPM Returned check to me 2/8) 500.00 Pet deposit - gave to RPM on 1/31 (RPM Returned check to me 2/8) 45.00 Move in Fee - gave to RPM on 1/31 (RPM Returned check to me 2/8)_________$3,710.00 Total paid to REMAX/Riverside Property Management This experience has been very disturbing. A property management company that would not fix safety hazards (mold and water infiltration, HVAC no inspection and no filter at least for 6 mos), window latch and handle broken before my move in and did not see these safety hazards until after certified checks given, lease initialed (but not given to RPM), then the walk thru. Total misrepresentation of property. RPM management's disrespectful and poor attitude towards me as a possible tenant is disturbing.Desired Settlement: I want my security deposit returned to me. I did not move into this property because the place was a safety hazard.
