propertyHer offer was presented to the owner of the propertyAt the time the offer was presented MsE*** presented other offers with the aforementioned customer's offerAnother offer was accepted and the real estate agent representing Ms*** was informed that another offer was accepted before the time limit on her offer expiredI have attached a letter from the seller indicating that he in fact did receive her offer and accepted another offerAccording to Indiana License Law, MsE*** is not required to provide a written rejection of offers, just to inform the selling agent in a timely manner
