Terrible! We had an agreement to move into a rental property on February 27th 2016. We were told by Tom Mitros we could come in and sign the lease, pay the deposit, and pick up the keys a few days before the 27th. When I called him and told him we would be in at the end of this week (today being Tuesday February 16th) or Monday of next week, he was very rude and he demanded we come in today and sign the lease and pay the deposit or we had to withdraw our application. We went into the office at 2:45pm today, signed the lease, handed Tom's lease handler Kristy, $2000 in cash and asked when we could pick up the keys. Kristy said she had to call Tom and ask. When she did, he told her we could not get the keys until March 1st. Kristy informed him that he told her and us we were set to move in on February 27th, and he said no keys until March 1st. Keep in mind, Tom knew we had to be out of our current house, because it has sold. He did not care, and refused to follow through with the original agreement. We told Kristy we were very unhappy and would like our cash back and to tear up the lease. Not to mention, we have two small children and two weeks to now find a new home! Very terrible experience and I hope no one else has to go through this!
