REMAX 1st Advantage

Over the last several months we have been inundated with a tremendous amount of unsolicited postcard & marketing mailings from REMAX 1st Advantage We received copies of each mailing several times per month We have contacted REMAX 1st Advantage and spoken to Robert D*** (owner) and his partner on different occasions Each time we were assured the mailings would stop and we would be removed from their mailing list To date their mailing blitz continues On July 7, an email was sent to *** once again informing of the problem and stating that if nothing was done to correct the problem we would be contacting the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and the Revdex.com We have already filed a complain with the NJREC There was no response from MrD*** at REMAX 1st Advantage and in fact we again received today another postcards from REMAX This is why we are appealing to the Revdex.com to assist in demanding that REMAX cease and desist mailing us any add
