When a resident is admitted to Remarkable Healthcare Fort Worth, our Admissions Director reviews the Facility Admissions Packet with the resident and/or family.  The Facility Admissions Packet explains that the Physician is not an employee of the Facility.  Physician fees are billed...

separately and by the physician.  Page 2 of the Facility Admission Packet reads "The resident understands and acknowledges that the attending physician is not an employee of the nursing facility...".  Page 3 Section D part a of the Facility Admissions Packet reads "Resident shall remain under the care of a physician throughout the stay in Facility."  The Facility Admissions Packet further explains that Resident/Responsible Party is responsible for payment of physician's fees. Any billing done by the attending physician for the IPC medical group needs to be addressed with the IPC medical group as they are a separate entity from the facility.
