Mr*** came to Remackel Welding on August 18, to inquire about a custom built 6'x12' trailer with full ramp
(Exhibit "A "Job Invoice)At that time Mr*** was quoted for the 6'x12' custom trailer at $3,Mr*** agreed to purchase the trailer at that time and put down a $deposit (check #5002)On September 5, the trailer was built and then shipped out to be galvanizedOn September 15, his trailer was complete and ready for pickupWe called multiple times after September 15, and after he finally called us back he said he would be in Colorado for the next two weeks and couldn't pick up the trailerAfter three weeks, we again contacted Mr*** and he said he had lost his jobHe was told that his deposit was non refundable and he would not be getting his deposit backHe did not argue and said he understoodMr*** came to Remackel Welding's place of business multiple times demanding his deposit back and on one occasion left a note (Exhibit C, Mr*** note) saying what he was going to do if we did not give the deposit backWe tried to work with him and was willing to put his original $toward a smaller trailer that would have cost less, but he did not want thatWe told him that we now accepted credit cards and we could put that toward a new trailer, but he refused that offer also

no I do not except his response no where on his order form does it say deposit is none refundable when I told them that I lost my job they told me they would sell the trailer and give me my depositwell he sold the trailer but somehow forgot a bought the deposit REAL HONEST BUSINESSHE SHOULD BE ASHAMED
