this company service is HORRIBLE. There turnover rate was horrible...they sent out 4 different home health aides in one month. The third hha did not speak any english, when I contacted the office to explain my concerns some disrespectful woman by the name of Beverly told me their company could not assign me a constant hha. whenever a nurse was suppose to come to my home for my assessments they would be hours late or never show up. REm-kiks customer service is poor. The companies attitude is what they say goes.

As part of company policy we request employment verification from applicants. My applicant works for Rem-Kiks, who refused to give her verification because she worked with the company less than six months. I spoke with Beverly, who was rude, entitled, had a chip on her shoulder, proceeded to hang up on me...TWICE and was completely unwilling to find a way to help. I have pity for the employees of this company and even more so the elderly who need to be cared for at this facility. Beverly was too lazy to help her employee and would not reason or show concern at all.
