I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Thank for threatening to sue us for fraud. Always a great business practice and just proves my points you tried to scam us.  Since I am not committing fraud it will be great to present my side to a Judge.  I never got your first check and if you remember I called you three times after you told me you would send me the check.  You avoid my call the first time.  The second time your co-worker told me the check was not sent and would have you call me back.  I called the third time you told me it was in the mail.  I waited two months before filing this complaint.  I gave you a lot of time. 
I called three other people to check the window and they all told me windows never leak it has to be something else.  I called four roofers who all found the problem.  I have since had the roof repaired and it just rained very hard a few days ago guess what NO LEAK.  Go ahead sue me I have other window guys who can testify on my behalf plus your own tech who told me to have my roof checked.
