Review: I have been contacting Rely On Services for over 2 months now via phone and email, asking for a rep to call me to discuss a heath insurance issue. Rely On has failed to respond to me with anything more than one canned email. I enrolled a [redacted] of ours in an Emblem Heath plan through Rely On, who was to be the broker and manage the plan for us. We have received notices from Emblem that the health plan has been cancelled and Rely On has not done anything to rectify this situation. We pay Rely On who in turn is supposed to pay Emblem but they haven't been doing their part. They seem to run a very unprofessional business, one that doesn't even seem legit by the way they skirt employees and are basically non-existent.Desired Settlement: I want a phone call from Rely On Services asap explaining to me what the situation is with Emblem and how and when they're going to fix it. We've been paying Rely On for months and yet we don't have health insurance coverage. To me, it seems like a scam.

Sincerely,
Review: I contracted this company for health insurance while I was between insurance companies with jobs. I paid my payments to them on time as they were directly deducted from my bank account. The company over billed me by a month causing me multiple late fees and over draft fees. I was refunded the payment but never the fees like they said they would. I let it go figuring it was a small price to pay for this relationship to be over. Well I guess I was wrong in October my wife and I were put into collections, it seems the company this broker contracted never got paid for two of the three months of service from them which now I am accountable. I contacted Relyon Services they assured me that they paid Amerihealth and the would send me the proof of payment they sent me an email asking for a fax number which I supplied them. I have asked them to fax me this proof of payment at least once a week for the past month I get no response and never receive the paper work.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money for two months of service that I paid to them so I can pay the collection agency. I feel that any paper work they supply me for proof of payment from them to Amerihealth may potentially be fruadulent judging by the integrity of the company from my personal dealings with them. I would rather handle this myself and get it done correctly.

Review: To whom it may concern,
I have been going through a situation and need to find the appropriate
relief.
Three years ago, I joined the Freelancer's Union, I am an independent
contractor, so I could receive insurance. for two of those years, I
was covered, everything went smoothly. I happen to be very healthy, so
the coverage was mostly for checkups, etc.
This last year, I have been having problems with the insurance. My
doctors or their billers tell me they are getting the runaround when
they call or they are having a hard time. I called Rely On Services,
Tasha Q[redacted] in particular, my particular broker who sold me the
insurance, and she said they are on it, they will take care of it. It
takes awhile for doctors' bills to reach you, so I thought things were
taken care of. I pay my premiums every month religiously, so why
wouldn't I be covered. the doctors' bills started flowing in. On the
bottom, many if not all of them said I was not covered. a surprise to
me and very scary. I called Rely On Services (Tasha Q[redacted]) in July,
when all these bills were coming in. she said she would get back to me
After July [redacted], she was away. I called a week later, giving her a
chance to get back from vacation. Nothing, no response either by
telephone or email. Now I am nervous because I realize something is
wrong. then my July
payment was not taken out of my credit card, which is how the payments
were set up, and then I knew something was wrong. I never got a letter
of disclaimer saying I was not insured anymore. Now I have no idea as
to what is going on. all I know is I think fraud has been committed.
Again I try to contact Rely On Services and Tasha Q[redacted]. it is always
a human answering service that says they are not in, they will let
them know that I contacted them.
so I decide to take matters in my own hands and I called [redacted]. after going through several people who were all nice and
trying to be helpful, after telling my story several times, it ended
with someone transferring me to the phone number of Rely On Services
and the same answering machine. I was
back to square one. I think you can imagine my frustration. At one
point last year, I got a letter from Anthem saying they were hacked and
they covered me for two years of credit alerts. Plus, I have gotten a
few other little things from Anthem, so I figured that was my
insurance. I contacted Anthem directly and I am not on their insurance
rolls, even though I have gotten mail from them.
I am so confused about what is going on and how this is happening.
I do not want to have my credit rating go down the tubes, so I have
been paying all these doctors' bills. I just got my colonoscopy bill
for $2,200 and I have already paid out about $1,500 for my mammogram,
my OB/GYN checkup, etc. So why have I been paying for premiums
monthly? Just knowing that I was never covered this year just blows my
mind. I keep thinking how lucky I am that nothing bad happened to me,
no horrible tragedy that would have wiped me out and that these are all
just well visit checkups.
I did get new insurance, I am still waiting to be covered. I should be
covered September 1st, I hope.
In August, I tried to cancel my credit card so they could not take
another payment even if they tried. Unfortunately, I got bad
information and my credit card was not cancelled. but I did think that
if they didn't take a payment in July, they probably stopped taking
payments because obviously something was not right and they probably
just stole this money. well, in August they deducted the premium. so
now I am disputing it with my credit card company. it was like adding
insult to injury. I did get a new credit card after getting the
correct information.
I tried Tasha Q[redacted] one more time. I texted her, I have her cellphone
number, that I was going to take action. I got an email August [redacted]
from Rely On Services with a cc to
Tasha Q[redacted] saying they are going to send my payouts and claims and a
new card. I don't know how they are sending this if they paid nothing,
but I will find out.
I got a phone call from Tasha Q[redacted]'s assistant Desiree after pretty
much texting her I would take action. she told me someone dropped the
ball, they are getting on this. I was relieved, but did not yet
believe them. I wanted to see the action they would take. I have
e-mails from them telling me they are on top of things, my claims are
being taken care of, I would be reimbursed. I have those e-mails.
they have done nothing. I gave them some time to take care of things.
then I started calling again. again, no response, no phone response,
no e-mail response. I called my gastroenterologist's office, they had
not even contacted them.
so now it is time for me to take action. I am sending off this e-mail
to whoever I can. I don't think this company should be operating.
they still have a website. as I said, I am so lucky that I didn't have
a serious illness or accident this year, I could have been wiped out.
it is so scary that they are able to operate. I will attach the
e-mails from them or scan them if more proof is needed.
Thank you,
[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my premiums paid every month for health insurance since my health care providers never received a dime and I am paying all my medical bills out of pocket. it comes out the at least 6,000 dollars

Review: To whom it may concern
I have purchased personal health insurance from Rely on Services I have been paying for it in a timely manner since January 2013.
After contacting the billing office (Aegis Administrative Services, Ins [redacted] Phone ###-###-#### Where I would pay any outstanding bills) Friday, July [redacted] 2015 I was informed that my policy has been terminated since January [redacted] 2015. No one from Rely on Services has informed me about the termination. Rely on Services has been collecting money from me in the sum of 630.99 per month for the months of February, March, April and May of 2015 making the total sum of $2,523.96
I have managed to place a claim with my bank for the months of June and July of 2015 and have successfully received a refund for those months, but the bank can not place a claim for more than 60 days back, so they were not able to help me with the refund for the four months prior.
Rely on Services has been incredibly difficult to contact, they do not return any of my messages or e-mails.
I would like to get a refund in the amount of 2,523.96
Best Regards,Desired Settlement: Money refund and warning to other potential clients about the dishonest practices and very poor customer service of Rely on Services
