They came 10 minutes in advance. Helped to load and unload. Everything was done one hour quicker than I thought. Really good service! would definitely recommend them. Prices are also very reasonable. Thank you for your help!

Relocation Nation Moving stole my deposit after I tried to cancel within 48 hours. They misdirected me by saying I should cancel by phone. This was a blatant lie with fraudulent intent. The contract (labeled "Moving Estimate") specifies in small print to email a specific email address. The cancellation policy also makes no mention of how to actually cancel the move. They did not deal with me in good faith when I tried to get my money back. If you find that you have been defrauded by Relocation Nation, I strongly urge you to file a complaint with 1) the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org/file-a-complaint), 2) the Federal Trade Commission (ReportFraud.ftc.gov), 3) the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (consumerfinance.gov/complaint), 4) the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-your-move/file-a-complaint), and 5) the Florida Attorney General's office (http://myfloridalegal.com). Documenting a pattern of unethical business practices is necessary to stop this predatory company to continue defrauding future customers.

They were professional, helpful, friendly, polite, and very efficient. We would hire these two men for any move we have in the future! Showed up exactly on time as they said they would. They made our move very easy.

Everything is a lie. They will quote you the least amount of storage space the DOT allows pricing to quote, even after you give them the dimensions of your furniture and personal belongings. They even book your move knowing they can't make it. No one called me during my move dates. I called a day in advance, and the lady said, "Oh yeah, I was going to call you, but nothing yet". I called the following two days and they said, "We'll call you when we are ready but we have nothing now". I've had to call them every day thereafter during my pick up dates. The lady said don't call us, we'll call you. A few days later, The lady who I spoke with cursed me out, you're not getting your money MF. It was like MF, MF MF, just because I was scared and asking to speak with her supervisor, then the owner. They are rude. I think this is a scam company.

Moved from TX to NY. everything went very well. Professional and knowledgeable employees. Courteous and efficient delivery personnel. Very happy with my experience.

Everyone I talked to, on the phone, in person, and/or through email was kind and helpful. The moving team tackled any challenges and issues the move presented with love, a smile, and an easy to work with attitude. I would happily refer them for an excellent satisfying experience.

Louis and Relocation Nation is the real deal if you are looking for a deal! He quoted me a flat rate and stuck with it. They recommended a 26-foot truck and filled it to the brim! Nothing broken. Very pleased! We just got out of their way, and the two guys worked hard to move us from TX to NY, all in one day.

Max of Relocation Nation was an excellent driver and always kept our needs in mind. His pickup and delivery crews knew their business and were professional and courteous. Furniture was carefully wrapped at pickup and unwrapped at the destination. Items were carefully noted and tagged.

Continued from previous post... Tried to call Joe and Bill later in the week, and big surprise...the phone numbers don't work. Also, several addresses used by company, one is simply a building that rents PO boxes. Just guessing here, but I would bet all these 5 star reviews are paid for. Either the people or the reviews are fake.

They are NOT a moving company, but a broker. BIG difference! First talked with Joe Perelli, gave him extremely detailed inventory list. He came back with surprisingly low estimate, but told me I had to pay binding fee $4k immediately to get on schedule. 24 hours before mover showed up, Bill Young calls with "quality assurance" estimate. Acted angry that Joe had "forgotten" several charges, plus had wrong measurements for large pieces, and promptly ups the estimate by $5000! Then tells me I need to pay him another $3k, or else the mover wont show up. They knew we had to be out of the house the next day, and didn't have a choice. Hired an extremely sketchy moving company (separate complaint pending with these thugs) The phone call from Bill Young last about 45 minutes, and they added $5275 to the estimate! DO NOT CALL THEM!

Very skilled and smooth moving process - they showed up early with an extra guy and got everything done in less than 2.5 hours. I was very grateful that they were cautious and that nothing was damaged. I would use this company again.

DO NOT USE - misleading marketing and sales tactics and unethical service. They lied about everything from the very first phone call. This company is not an actual mover, they are a BROKER and will sell your contract to the lowest bidder. THEY DO NOT PRESCREEN THEIR VENDORS! The trucking company they sent to pick up my furniture had HORRIBLE RATINGS. HALF of my furniture did not make it on the truck because of the severly misquoted price they provided in order to get the contract. I had to rent my own truck just to get the rest of my furniture transported. I was told numerous lies. They said my belongings would arrive 5-7 days after being picked up. My furniture arrived broken, with 3 items missing 21 days after being picked up. The company was not able to locate my furniture or provide an update for 9 days. They purposely UNDERESTIMATED the my quote in order to get the job. READ YOUR CONTRACT! I was not allowed to cancel or I would have lost my $2,400 deposit. Even after I was misquoted by $1,800. Save yourself the time, money and stress by GOING WITH SOMEONE ELSE. These clowns should be in put out of business for their UNETHICAL business practices.. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Customer service is five stars! They were so kind and hardworking! Everything went quickly and in a timely matter! They were always aware of everything and always informed us what they were about to do! Highest recommendation from my side! I will hire these movers again!

Max and his excellent team moved us last week, and let me say they did a fantastic job. Can't stress how professional and courteous they all were. They respect your home and personal belongings. I hope to never move again for a while, but we will use John and his team if we do.
