Relocation Express

I was the highest bidder *** for a 2007 *** from *** located at *** Joplin, MO ***. Being from Massachusetts myself we had too arrange shipping for the vehicle which the dealership arranged for me. The shipping company was relocation express LLC and the price was $900.00. The car arrived on time and I meet the driver outside at my residence when he arrived. The *** was on the top level of the moving truck so I began video recording cause I had concerns on how he would get the *** off the truck. The driver assured me he was a professional. As he reverse my *** off the ramps he scrapped my exhaust on the pavement doing damage too my exhaust all seen on the video clip. The driver had me sign a paper stating that it just was valididating I received the car and too take up claims with the email on the back of the receipt. I quickly sent the company an email explaining what happened and sent them the video.
They have been nothing but rude and told me they wouldn't do anything for me despite solid proof and evidence.
