Initially, this company was pretty easy to work with For work, I had to live in the area for monthsDue to my work not having available occupancy, I needed to find living arrangements off the work campus and was referred to this company This company was responsible for all bills, rent, and furniture required to house an apartmentWhen I was a few days from departing, I asked the apartment complex if an inspection would be needed before I checked out They said one was not required I also had a dog with me and paid a $deposit and an additional $cleaning fee Approximately one week after leaving the apartment complex, I get an email saying I owe an additional $for "Excessive pet hair and treatment of the carpet." My dog's cage was on a separate rug on top of the carpet and I had cleaned the apartment prior to leaving I feel the apartment and this company have very subjective views on what excessive meansNo evidence was shown The fact the bill was exactly $extra is also strange Again, no cleaning bill was provided They only provided an "invoice" wanting $more If I had an inspection prior, I could have seen what they seen and cleaned it myself to their satisfaction at a better priceI paid the fee as I do not want any more dealings with this company and will never recommend this companyThis opinion is strictly my own and does not reflect any organizations
