Helloi just readed what they said and pretty much shocked that they dont even investigate it they just banned all the accounts that was on that IP while one guy did the rest have to be punished tokinda weird and its even in their rules that its allowed that more players play on one IP without getting bannedthey are just being lazy now and dont even pay attention and investigate it so they can actualy see I never scammed regards

The response I was given was no different than a copy/pasted message provided when a customer contacts their customer support personally, which provided absolutely no functionally acceptable information on which to discuss this issue, though I appreciate the incomplete sentence about "cheating." They say that they don't provide information about bans because it can help cheaters avoid future bans, but in reality they do it because they can screw over paying customers and not provide legitimate proof of any illegal in-game activitiesI did not cheat, and had not cheated, on any of my active GamersFirst accounts until they showed their true colors and I had nothing further to loseI appreciate the effort of the Revdex.com in their attempt at getting a reasonable excuse from this pathetic excuse of a company** *** *** *** ** * *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ***

I find this response unsatisfactory as it did not solve the issue and neither provide any information except that they are supposed to be "several" players scammed, I would still ask for real information on this issue, including in-game name/s of player/s, date/s and item/s stolen, provided after a proper investigation is done.

[I am not satisfied of the company statement, since it does not gives me any DETAILED information on my ban. As I have been browsing other complains against G1 using the Revdex.com service, they are giving a copy paste answer which does not satisfies me. If the company will never unblock my account, I demand my premium and everything I have bought from the company store (Gamersfirst Armas Marketplace) in the past 2 month since I got banned, to be restored on a new account that I have already created and been playing. I have been banned on the 1/3/15, so calculate everything I have bought since 11/3/14 and restore them on my account that I have made a month + ago. I hope we will get to an understanding, because I really love APB, and it's community.]
