I am writing in response to the complaint that we receivedI will start off by pointing out that we where never hired by this individual to do any work and did not receive any money from them. They are simply an tenant and their complaint should be with the property owner and not our
companyWe were directly hired and under contract with *** *** *** ***Therefore there is no kind of refund that is owed to her. Also, nothing was broken by us as she is claimingThese are all allegationsThroughout this project we have been in communication with *** and *** from *** *** *** *** They have not had any complaints from us on any other work we are doing*** *** *** *** is aware that all of the tenants claims are falseWe were working on her unit as well as another unit in this building and there has not been any complaints from those tenantsSince the beginning of the project this particular tenant gave us a very difficult time and did not let us do our job in peaceThe building maintenance manager, ***, did warn us about this lady when we began work on her unitI believe that this tenants intentions has simply been to file a complaint and attempt to get paid off by either our company or the property management companyThank you for your time
