The customer purchased licenses of ReliefJet Quicks productAfter that the customer purchased license of ReliefJet Essentials productAftet that we receceived the email from the customer stated that ReliefJet Quicks was purchased by mistake and asked for refundAlthough we don't have to
refund the order (we don't sell services, we sell end-user product), we offered a customer the license replacement (refund ReliefJet Quicks license as a ReliefJet Essentials replacement), the customer tell us to "go fk ourselves" (please see the conversation attached).From our point of view, the customer purchased several products and after receiving fully working product keys, decided to get them for free by refunding for fake reasonSo, we can't refund the order.Please also note that it is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions that we provide a CONDITIONAL day money backWe can refund the product if it is now working and we're unable to fix it:http://www.reliefjet.com/Terms
