In regards to this complaint, Ms. [redacted] made the reservation on the WEB as indicated on one of the attachments. She had to agree to the terms twice while making the reservation or she would not have been able to complete the transaction. Ms. [redacted] chose the Advance Purchase rate which is a lower...

rate bit is charged immediately and is not refundable. Those are the terms she had to agree to in order to make this reservation.We have spoken to Ms. [redacted] at our property and have offered to move her reservation to another date but we will not be refunding her credit card. We contacted IHG and asked them to email us a copy of Ms. [redacted] reservation confirmation that was sent to her.
