Seller falsely claimed to be in possession of item, and then failed to pay actual owner of item and arrange for pick up and shipment. Item has still not been shipped, and seller has ceased communication.
Mr. also has numerous complaints for similar fraudulent and deceptive business practices under former company CFL Equipment LLC.
