In regards to Mr [redacted] complaint, on August our records indicate that Mr [redacted] called our member service call center to make a paymentHis account was previously set up with automatic payment, meaning a systematic payment is done on the account each monthWhen he called to make a manual transfer, the automatic payment also posted to the account causing a double payment and a returned item feeThe representative who waited on Mr [redacted] should have removed the automatic payment at the time of the manual transferOn September 16, when Mr [redacted] [redacted] visited our Macedon office to bring the error to our attention, we researched what happened and Reliant rebated the fee that incurred as a result of the second transaction Both of the requests in Mr [redacted] ***’s Revdex.com submission were addressed for him at the time he raised the concern to Reliant In addition, the automatic payment option has since been removed from his account, at his request, to avoid this happening in the futureIt is our mission to provide exceptional service to our members and when an error is made we take appropriate action to correct it Again, we apologize for the error
