Reliance Home Comfort

We had to call Reliance early this morning due to an issue with our air conditioner. We weren't sure exactly what the issue was, but we were told someone would be out to take a look within a 3 hour window.

We were very pleased to get a call shortly after saying that the tech would be here in about 15 mins. Sure enough, promptly Frank showed up and was ready to help us figure out our issue. Frank (XXXX) was polite, helpful and figured out our issue fast. He was also very knowledgeable and provided us with some useful tips and things we could do to better utilize the system we already had in place. He was easy to talk to/understand, clear and concise. Thank you Frank for helping us out first thing this morning and leaving us feeling confident we would no longer be having issues.

I've had a 15+ year relationship withReliance and I think the information Brad gave me was superlative, in my views . Although having to shell out a lump sum ,which no one is keen on, I have to rate this experience as painless and better than expected.

He is extremely knowledgeable and has a strong customer focus. Not only did he fix our Air Conditioning Issue, he also pointed out several other things to my wife. Reliance Home Comfort installed a furnace and air conditioning unit in October 2017. Their Senior HVAC Technician Amarjit B. completed the maintenance thoroughly and as per the agreed schedule. Excellent service

Martin (employee #***) from Reliance Home Comfort was able to diagnose the problem with our water heater right away. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He offered suggestions about potentially improving our furnace and air conditioner, but wasn't pushy.
