Reliance is the first place we took our vehicles for repairs when we moved to Hamilton 10 years ago and we've never gone to anyone else. The mechanics aren't hiding in the shop, they came out to greet us and speak to us in person about the issues when we brought in our vehicles. They're honest about the parts and labor costs. They're friendly people and when we bought more reliable vehicles, we didn't see them as often (which is a good thing); but I still pop in from time to time just to say hello and visit for a few minutes.
