I had the pleasure of dealing with reliable towing last night. We got a flat tire on top of a hill on a country road. It was 11:30pm and about 20 degrees outside. I had four children with me under the age of 10. You can imagine the stress level here. Shortly after I called AAA they dispatched Reliable. As soon as [redacted] got there he let us all climb in the truck to get safe and warm. We then started our 50 mile trip home. [redacted] even stopped the toe at the rest stop for the kids to use the restroom.... Which he offered, after finding out we got the flat at 9:50pm and finally had to call after the spare we had didn't fit. I cannot express enough how professional and kind he was. Even when I got a call back for AAA saying they were not authorizing the tow anymore so I would have to pay the fees myself and submit payment to them. [redacted] advised me that he would reach put to AAA tomorrow and get it squared away for me and indeed would NOT be charging for this tow. I am so thankful that Reliable was the one who showed up to offer assistance. Thank you so much I would recommend this location to anyone looking for help and respect.

Reliable responded to a service request through AAA when I was in an accident. They called me after I placed my request to make sure I was safe and warm. They arrived quickly, and were reassuring throughout the whole process. I must say I've never needed a tow before and was convinced the guy that responded was going to be some greasy dude, but SHE was very nice, clean, and friendly. Their truck was new and clean as well. Thank you again [redacted] for the great service. I am sure we will be doing business with you again in the future for repairs when needed.
