June 1, [redacted] Revdex.com Resolutions Consultant Re: [redacted] # [redacted] We are responding tocomplaint from our customer [redacted] .After receiving complaint, wecontacted Ms [redacted] and her husband ***, by phone on Thursday, May28th and we offered to come tow their Hyundai to our Aloha Shop location to makenecessary adjustments/repairs to rectify this situationClutch job we performed camewith a lifetime limited warranty on parts and years or 24,mile warrantyon labor at Reliable Transmission.Customer stated that theywere having their vehicle towed on Monday June 1, to a Hyundai dealershipand they were paying to have an inspection done to it Customer was advised to have inspectiononly, and NOT have dealership do any work nor repairs to vehicle or our shop warrantywould be voided and we would be unable to help themCustomer was asked to haveHyundai Dealership fax us that inspection reportAt this time, we are waitingto receive that report In the meantime, customer [redacted] , has sent out numerous negative reviews indicating BOTH of ourlocations are involved in this dispute Hercomplaint is only towards our Hillsboro location Her online reviews are very slanderous, rudeand offensive! Ms [redacted] states that Manager [redacted] askedher to drive with him on a test drive, yes, we ask hundreds of customers a yearto test drive with us to help pinpoint the vibration she was experiencing withher vehicle and never in over the years we have been in business has anyoneimply that this was inappropriateWhile we are trying to resolve this dispute, we feel that these negative reviews to both of our shopsare unjust and we are asking Ms [redacted] to be fair in this situation andremove all the negative/ nasty reviews, as we are doing our part to resolvethis in a fair mannerThank you for letting usrespond to this matter, we have worked hard to earn our great reputation servingWashington County for over years as a family owned and operated businessRegards, [redacted] Reliable Transmission***@Reliable-Transmission.com
