The customer service was EXCELLENT!! They were able to work me into their schedule earlier than expected which was great for me. They did NOT leave a mess for me to clean up, and both gentlemen were professional, friendly and offered good advice on how to keep maintain and/or get service for the toilets if needed.

Arrived on time for a dishwasher install. Courteous plumber, left kitchen neat, disposed of all debris. Tested for leaks and explained the machine to us.

If I could leave zero stars I would! This company came to my house to install a microwave and it was installed incorrectly. They came to my house 3 times since installation to 'fix' the issue and it still isn't right. Another company came out to install a new one and refused to do so because the electrical job they did was so messed up. I was informed that my house could have burned down as a result of their terrible install job. I have heard other horror stories about this company and I absolutely believe them. I *** NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Nathan R with R & R Plumbing was fantastic! He was very professional and very nice. He installed to appliances for me. I will definitely use R & R plumbing for future installations.
