They couldn't figure out where their driver was and left us waiting and a half hours waiting for a jump If we had know it would going to be like pulling teeth to get them out here we would have picked another company Hire them only if you have all day to wait & want to spend a long time on hold talking to their unhelpful dispatchers "Reliable" probably isn't the best name for their company, more like Unreliable Roadside

After waiting for service for over an hour, they called minutes before arrival to further extend time Acceptable, or minutes ago When I called to speak directly with the company, the receptionist flat out lied to me regarding time and location I'm under the impression they intentionally exaggerate time line to pick up more business Not customer friendly in my experience I could of found another option had I known this information Good luck

Reliable Roadside was dispatched to fix my flat tire on Sept. 20, 2016, at around 12:45 AM. Keep in mind I am a single woman on the side of the road in the wee hours of the morning. I was advised by my insurance company they would be there to help me by 1:30 AM. They never arrived. I called my insurance company back so they contacted Reliable Roadside who said they were 5 minutes away. At nearly 2 AM, I called the direct number to Reliable Roadside and the woman who answered said they were not coming AT ALL because they were having "car trouble". Overall, this experience was unacceptable. In my opinion, this company should change their name to "Unreliable Roadside".
