Reliable repairs

The technician spends 2 min to see refrigerator to use his flash light and charged me $69 for it. He has no knowledge how to find the problem. He told me refrigerator has fan issues and needs to be replaced. I asked him for part number which he doesn’t want to provide me that. Finally after several request he gave me. I have ordered the parts and I called them to install it. After several phone call they stoped answer my phone call. I have called another tech to fix this issues. He came and fixed. Guess what? It wasn’t the fan issues. The problem was a chunk of ice was blocking the fan. Now I have this parts and trying to return it. So watch out this company. They will steal your money.

Reliable Repairs is reliable!!! It is now November and I tried working with my home insurance company since June to fix our stove to no avail when relying on the insurance company and their repair companies suggested. Once I received authorization to find my own resource, I found Reliable quickly and they were immediately responsive and had it fixed in days! And I had been waiting around for months with other companies with nothing happening. Our service tech, Lucky, was timely, dependable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and responsive. He had our stove fixed fast and I'm so happy! I definitely recommend Reliable and Lucky.
