yes was reschedule numerous time due back order on parts and weather delays etcwhich is unfortunate, Mr *** is a valued client of ours , the repairs have been completed and Mr*** seems to be happy with the work that was doneif you need any more information please don't hesitate to contact me.Sincerely *** ***

Review: My spa developed a leak on or about May 14. I contacted the dealer within a couple of days and requested someone come and analyze the situation. At first I was told nobody could come until June 16 at the earliest but within a couple of days I was called back and told they could come sooner. A date was set (a May date but I didn't record it) but they didn't come. When I called and asked about it some excuse was given and another date was set (again I didn't record it) but again they didn't come. In the meantime the leak has gotten worse. Still nobody has come.Desired Settlement: I want the leak repaired ASAP as I suspect there is internal damage being caused by the continued leak.
