Review: The owner sold me a broken gaming headset, The mic didn't work. I returned with the item and tried to explain the issue. the guy plugged it into his laptop and played music through it(which doesn't require a mic) and said they work fine and when I tried to explain that he should test them on the console the headset was made for(Xbox 360) he got frustrated and told me to leave with the broken item and without a refund. The owner also failed to give me a receipt at the time of purchase.Desired Settlement: All I want is the $25.00 I payed for the item.
