We were not contacted by Reliable Office cleaning to let us know that our regular cleaning person had quitHe called us himself on the day after his usual day to say he had resignedWe received no phone call from Reliable to schedule a new person to replace the person that had left the companyWhen I called to cancel our contract with them, we again were not told when someone would come since we had paid for services through the month of MarchWe went weeks without service and then someone just showed up on Friday, 3/** to cleanPlus, no one has been sent to our office for this week eitherThey are rude when we call and completely unprofessional about honoring our contract.]

We did not receive the service for the remaining month that we paid for. We had only 2 cleanings for the entire month of March, and were contracted to have 1/week meaning we should have had 4 cleanings. Also, in regards to 30 days notice, James told us he would waive that for us. We do not owe them any more money. Their complaint is invalid.

"This complaint has no validity. Final service was rendered March **, 2016. An employee resigned abruptly and unfortunately we were unable to get someone out to their location on the scheduled date....
We worked to get someone out to service their location the next week. This matter was handle in a professional manner and client was notified. We supplied service to this client for over 6 years. If we were rude and unprofessional I do not think we would have been able to keep their business for 6 years. First missed appointment in 6 years."
