We called for lost keys for our 2001 GMC Yukon and needed a new set made , they came out and tried to fix it and needed to call a second person, on Feb 11, 2020, they could not finish the job and stripped the whole steering and ignition column , they would not come back out to fix what they had broke , we did not pay them for stripping the whole ignition, they would not come back out, we had go somewhere else to replace the whole steering column, we spent 400.00 dollars
