Reliable IP Phone

Review: The company did a wrong diagnosis on their router and made me pay service charges for 7 months without providing any service and once they found out they promised to replace the router for free but never did it and went back on their work. They would neither refund the 7 months service fee for which the service was never provided or replace the faulty router.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace the faulty router or refund the service fee for the 7 months when their service was not used.
