We spoke to the customer about weeks to resolve the issue We agreed with United Furniture Industries to exchange both sofa and loveseat, order time is 6-weeks for replacements from the manufacture The agreement we made with the customer was he needed to contact
the Revdex.com and also take down all negative posts on *** and ***, which he agreed to do As of this time, we have his replacement on order and he has not dont anything he agreed to as part of the deal to exchange his furniture.Thank YouJennifer Q***Sales Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Jennifer Called me and advised me they would replace the Sofa and Loveseat. In order to do so, as she stated, I had to remove my Complaints and Negative reviews. She didn't say it needed to be done before I would get my replacement set. She called me yesterday, and advised me I needed to do that. 
I tried removing the Complaints, and I can't figure out how to do that, I emailed Revdex.com Last night requesting the Complaints be removed, I did remove all Negative reviews posted.
