Reliable Home Comfort

In June of we purchased and had a new air conditioner installed at our home by Reliable Home Comfort We were told that there was a $rebate available from the government for the install of a high efficiency unit like the one we installed We were guaranteed that the paperwork for this rebate would be taken care of by Reliable Home Comfort and that we would receive documentation that the rebate had been applied for on our behalf Since the install and payment, I have called the company ~times in regards to this rebate I have asked to be called back about this, given my number or left a message, but noone has ever returned a callUpon pressing this issue, I was told to contact ***, whom I think was my original contact, and that he takes care of the rebates, but [redacted] has yet to answer or respond to my calls

Was promised a $rebate on high efficiency furnace purchased from them as they told me they would take care of submitting the rebate claim This was January 6, After several monthg, no rebate so contacted them and they claimed to have made a mistake submitting the request Last correspondence was Sept I waited until now and emailed them again but no response so I'm not waiting anymore I have made both calls and have retained my email conversations

I contacted the company and spoke to Darryl in order to arrange a visit for a quoteNo one showed up so I called and Darryl said he would find out the arrival time of the individual providing the quote and call me right backThis did not happen and when I tried calling agin no one answered my callsThey never showed up and have not responded to me
