CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! These are Scam Service Reps!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Had a problem with one of my A/C units. “Reliable” Service guy Outright Lied to me about what was wrong with my air conditioner. Told me it was a certain part that went out, then "called" to check on part availability, then notified me the part was no longer available. Then told me I needed a whole new Air Handler to the price of $2400.00. I was NOT comfortable with the way in which the whole situation played out--paid his high "service call", then called a different A/C company that came out the next day. The issue was NOT ANYTHING of what the "Reliable A/C" guy explained to me...But a Whole Different issue! The New Service guy got the unit fixed within 2 hours...and NO New $2400 Air Handler! "Reliable" is obviously a "BAIT AND SWITCH" Dishonest Operation...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! June 5, 2015
