I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID .***,and find that arbitration is necessary
Sincerely,

Hello,In response to the complaint we feel the workmanship on the hardwood refinish was completed per the National Wood Flooring Associations guidelines and methodsWe did have a couple issues with the original final coat on the hardwood floors and came back to do the necessary touch ups only
to have a Swedish finish blister when we recoated those areasThat does not happen very often but canwhen the finish is still that fresh, at that point we told the customer the only thing to do was to wait until the finish had more time tocure and we would re-screen and reapply another topcoat of Swedish finish which we didIt was our understanding that after thediscussion about crediting the $that the job was complete and we were paid the balanceAs for the *** concerns aboutthe blemishes in the finish, we cannot guarantee that when applying Swedish finish in an uncontrolled environment such as a homethat airborn particles will get into the finish, most of these will walk out or disappear as the finish curesThe manufacture of theSwedish finish, *** *** has literature that addresses those issues, the finish doesn't get to its full cure for to monthsat which point majority of blemishes, debris, discoloration, uneven sheen will most all dimimishWe believe that the sanding, staining and finish on this floor to be industry standardIf this is not acceptable then I suggest an independent consultant look at the floor and determine if it meets the industry standard.Thank You,*** ***

light hits the area just right. We are requesting an independent inspector or arbitrator to look at the floor. The [redacted] have been great customers of Reliable Floor Covering for many years and we sold them a commercial floor we felt would be the best for their home.
