Reliable Credit Association, Inc. (WA)

I recently purchased a vehicle in late August of this year and it was financed through Reliable Credit Association in Spokane Wa. Since the purchase I had injured my knee and required surgery. Due to this I became unable to make my monthly payments for two months totaling $633.00. Since then I have been back to work and have been able to work to gain these funds back to catch up on payments. Reliable repoed my vehicle and I made contact with an Asst manager who told me I needed to paid $3500.00 cash to get my vehicle back and this was the only option they would do. How is a cash payment of such large amount for only a negative balance of such small amount a reasonable business practice???? Seems this business has no customer appritiation values and only cares about themselves and not their clients. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Their high interest rates along with no customer care seems to be there business motto!!!!!!
