On 01-12-17, the owner of Reliable Construction 1, Inc, contacted the homeowner and informed him that the 25 year warranty comes from the manufacture of the shingles, not our company. Our company gave the homeowner workmanship warranty. We really thrive to keep a good relationship with our customers...

and offered to assist with the warranty claim process. Reliable Construction owner and the manager of the company that distributes the material (the company that produced the material selected him to handle this claim) met with the homeowner on 01-20-17 to go over the claim issue. After a detailed inspection, they agreed that the shingles are in good condition and that the roof does not have any major issues. The owner requested to have that in writing for the new buyers. The manager of the distribution company agreed to provide the homeowners with a letter. The owner of Reliable Construction agreed to replace a couple defected shingles, if requested by the new buyers, on 01-28-17.
