charged water for 10 months of his tenancy. When this error was discovered, it was brought to the attention of the resident . He was fully explained the error and what his amount due was. Payment arrangements were made to accommodate the unexpected expense that this caused Mr. [redacted]. The water meter was never damaged, and again this was attributed to miscommunication from past management.
