Review: I hired the company in a contractor capacity. He was supposed to arrange for a vehicle to be transported by a third party. We had agreed on a total price of $425.00. I was required to pay a down payment of $150.00; and expected to pay the remainder upon delivery. When the driver arrived, he told me that instead of paying the expected allotment of $275.00, I actually owed him $500.00. When I called about the change in price, he told me that he had not been able to find someone to meet his initial quote, and had signed a contract for a higher value than the one we had agreed upon. He then claimed that he had emailed me about this adjustment, which he had not. I also spoke to him between the time that we signed the initial contract and he had adjusted it, and he failed to mention the development.Desired Settlement: A refund for the difference of what I actually paid and the quote.

Sincerely,
Review: I had hired this company to move my car. The date he quoted me as when it would be picked up came and went. Almost a month after that date, I contacted him and said that if the car was not moved by Monday (April [redacted], 2015) I would be asking for a refund and taking my business elsewhere and had already found another company that would do it for more money ($1000) to be exact. The [redacted] of the company took this as to mean that I would pay him $1000 to move the car which is a change of contract. I Have emails and receipts with a quote of $600 for all services paid for. He says he called me back soon after and gave me this new quote of $1000 but I never received an email from him at all. I asked him to produce the phone conversation that I approved paying more money to him and he could not produce those records. He lied to my father and told him he had a recorded conversation of me saying that I agreed to pay $1000 for the car move.Desired Settlement: [redacted] owes me or my credit card company the amount he deducted from me of $100 deposit. I would like the Revdex.com to look into his practices and retrieve the evidence he says he has because I know they will find that there is in fact NO recording of me approving a higher amount that we originally agreed upon.
