The "manager"/owner is extremely unprofessional and incredibly rude My fiance and I were looking to purchase a used vehicle from this lot because they fit with our budget and income for a carMy fiance went the first time only to return with no car due to needing proof of residency, so we we're able to get our name on a electric bill although we live with family membersThe electric company gave us a letterhead basically saying that we were listed on the electric billKeep in mind prior to
going to do this with the electric company I had spoken with the owner and he said this would work as proof of residencyWe have the car insurance, $down payment and now what they deem as proof of residencyWhich was not a piece of mail with our name or couldn't be a internet bill either according to him.Completely unhelpful and inconsistent dialogueSo we arrive the third time to this lot and his employee said they couldn't accept the electric company letterhead due to no way of verifying the letter and he said for all he knew we could of typed it up ourselvesThe employee then proceeded to say he could accept internet bill...WAIT WHAT? The owner originally told us a internet bill wouldn't workI called the owner back again, eager to see if there was anything else they'd accept and he proceeded asked for a lease with our name on itHe then cut me off saying, "I'm sorry mam we cannot finance you." And before he hung up He proceeded to accuse me of being rude when I called him out on his inconsistencies and hung up on me for pressing him for legit answersWe were really desperate that day and so excited to potentially drive away with a car but looking as how he treated us as potential customers and how less than mediocre most of the cars look, I'd rather keep looking elsewhere

I went to finance a car, they said I had to have a rental agreementCame back the next day with a rental agreement from my family member since I am renting from themThen says he will not finance to me because of a friend who has previously financed with them

The customer did not supply approved proof of residenceSo we were not allowed to offer financing

dec 6th or dec 7th of 2016, I put 500$ down on a buick rendezvous cxl 2005, a few days after getting the vehicle it had problems starting the said they fixed it (crank shaft sensor), the second repair it wasn't starting again they towed it in and said it was air in the engine okay they fixed it , they third time it was the fuel pump they said they fixed so the times it been repaired I had the car days exactly and the car stalled out while on the toll road my whole family was in the car and we almost crashed due to the engine turning off this car just is not reliable and not safe, I asked over times for another car now im just asking for my money back

I recently bought a pt cruiser from thier Houston establishment June 7,and was told that they could do repairs in house however they recently moved locationsAround August 6th I took it to several mechanics and discovered that the car is suffering from a transmission issue that they failed to mention upon purchase of the vehicleI asked if they could repair the car but they suggest that they could only do that during the weekday and that they would have to take it to AustinSeeing it as an issue with my work I Asked if there's anyway I could have a local mechanic fix the problem and that I could pay a later date but they refused and now I'm left with putting more money into a vehicle that I was told did not have any problems
