Paul was excellent and did not even come to my houseI called Reliable Appliance, let them know the symptoms of my dryer (burning smell from inside), and Paul knew right away that it was a partial or full lint clog somewhere up the vent pipeI received a knowledgeable education and it did not cost me anythingPaul also recommended Vent Sharks (Tony) who came out and professionally cleaned the vent (to be honest I thought I had cleaned the corrugated pipe myself, but I missed a lot of lint stuck to the hard vent pipe that vented through the roof, so I am so glad I had it professionally done
