Our call was answered prompted and efficiently. The repair gentleman was here on time, estimated the service in $100 and $80 for the part. He didn't give us time to reflect about the high cost of the service charged. He wanted an immediate response from us or he would charge us a $50 visit fee and had to leave ( not even 3 minutes).We found it to be a rip off, but pressured by his hurry and the fact that we'd have to waist a $50 visit fee, we authorized. It took 10' for him to perform the part exchange.
We do not recommend this company for the ruddiness of the technician, Mr Dan. And, of course for the service. Overpriced.
