Relentless Off-Road Fabrication

Back in october of 2014 I received a diy bumper kit I ordered from relentlesss off road fabrication in july any ho the shipment got damaged in freight so I made a claim with the insurance. It took a couple of weeks for them to get back with me so I decided id repair it by that time the insurance company had already given relentless the amount of $330.00 so then we agreed that he would exchange me parts for that money got with him and ordered him parts till this day I havent received any products he will not answer his phone or emails avoids me last email got from him he said he would ship it within a week ive tried to be nice and patient to resolve this issueProduct_Or_Service: Offroad bumperOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementThey can either send what we agreed on or send me the money backBusiness Response Customer ordered custom built product in place of insurance claim refund.
